Seasoning Salt

All lined up and ready to go
All lined up and ready to go

Went to make supper and we were out of our Mild Taco Seasoning.  We use it on ground beef and also sprinkled over chicken breasts/legs in the oven.

I love the way W lines up everything in order on the table, just as listed in the recipe and sets out the measuring tools needed. Very efficient.

The first taco seasoning we tried was too spicy for us, it started out with over a 1/2 cup of chili powder and 6 tsp of pepper.  This is a mild seasoning salt.

  • 2 TBSP Chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 ground Cumin
  • 3 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground Coriander
  • a grind or two of Pepper

Add all to a jar and shake to combine.

Simple pantry mixology.
